Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within the following timelines:
- Domestic orders: 3–4 weeks
- International orders: 6–8 weeks
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. International shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Once your return is received and verified, the store credit will be shared with you, which can be used on future purchases.
Custom Orders
Custom items (Aakaar by Nieryy and personalised pieces) are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error in the customisation.
