How does the customization process work?
To customize your outfit, simply select the item you wish to personalize in our catalog. You can choose from various options, including fabric, color, and design features. Follow the prompts to create your unique piece.
Is there an additional cost for customizing items?
Yes, customization may incur additional costs depending on the complexity and materials involved. The total price will be displayed before you confirm your order.
What if I am unsure about the customization options available?
You can contact our customer service team for assistance. We're happy to guide you through the available options and help you create the perfect outfit.
How long will it take to receive my customized order?
Custom orders typically take longer to process than standard orders. Please allow an estimated 4-6 weeks for your customized outfit to be made and shipped.
Can I return or exchange customized items?
Custom items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error in the customization.
What is your return policy for standard items?
We accept returns on standard items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Shipping & Returns

At Nieryy, each piece is created with intention and care. To maintain this standard, our timelines and policies are designed to support thoughtful production and quality.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within the following timelines:

  • Domestic orders: 3–4 weeks
  • International orders: 6–8 weeks

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once your return is received and verified, the store credit will be shared with you, which can be used on future purchases.
